Christian J. Foster 克里斯蒂安·J·福斯特 is the CEO of CJ & Associates, a San Francisco consulting firm specializing in international trade, U.S. export promotion, and national security affairs. Previously, he spent over 30 years in foreign affairs at the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, the Foreign Agricultural Service, the U.S. Agency for International Development, USDA’s Economic Research Service, and the transition team for President-Elect Ronald Reagan. He holds a BS and MA from Georgetown University. Christian is a California GOP delegate and member of the San Francisco GOP Central Committee.
